FAQ
How far do you travel?
We primarily serve the Quincy, IL / Hannibal, MO areas and roughly a 30 mile bubble surrounding.
We do travel beyond but charge an additional travel fee based on the distance.
Where can I see you play?
We have a calendar below that lists all of our upcoming public performances.
We don't invite prospective clients to private events (wedding receptions) out of respect for privacy, but we are happy to provide a list of past clients to contact as references (with their permission).
Why don't you display prices?
We don't list prices for our services because we quote each and every event individually.
This is because every event is custom and every client has different needs. We want to learn about your needs and give you a complete solution instead of trying to stuff you into a pre-made package.
Company "X" is cheaper, will you beat their price?
Unfortunately no. We believe we charge a fair price for our services and we strive to give you more than your money's worth in value. We know there are cheaper folks out there and that's fine - we call ourselves a "PREMIER" provider because we aim for the quality of our events, not the quantity of bookings. With that said, we understand most folks have a budget and we are happy to work with you to craft a custom solution that meets your needs and exceeds your expectations!
How many systems/employees do you have?
We maintain 1 fully redundant system (meaning we have backups for everything!)
We are the only employees and make it a priority to both work every event together when possible.
This is important because it means we control every aspect of what we put our name on.
When we say we take pride in our work and in our company, we truly mean it!
What if something happens and my event is canceled or you get sick?
We draw up an event agreement for every one of our bookings to protect all parties involved.
Our deposits are non-refundable but any monies paid over and above prior to the event will be refunded in the event of a cancellation.
In regards to how you're protected - we have heard the horror stories of DJs backing out at the last minute. In the event of some unforeseen disaster or situation that would render us both unable to complete your event, we will refund your deposit and work with you to find a replacement.
